臺(tái)州地闊海冥冥，云水長(zhǎng)和島嶼青。三江口區(qū)域是靈江、椒江、永寧江的交匯處，它不僅代表了臺(tái)州文化的流傳和匯聚，也承載著整合城市格局、聚合產(chǎn)業(yè)資源的使命。

Theland of Taizhou is wideand the sea is boundless. The clouds and water are extended,andthe islands are evergreen. The Sanjiangkou area is theconfluenceof Lingjiang River, Jiaojiang River,and Yongningjiang River,which not only represents the flow andconvergenceof Taizhou but also carries the mission of integrating the urban pattern and aggregating industrial resources.

「匯·合｜三江未來(lái)城」臺(tái)州三江口區(qū)域概念規(guī)劃及核心區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽由臺(tái)州市自然資源和規(guī)劃局、椒江區(qū)人民政府、黃巖區(qū)人民政府、臨海市人民政府主辦，臺(tái)州市三江新城開發(fā)建設(shè)有限公司承辦，上海拾分之壹文化藝術(shù)有限公司協(xié)辦。旨在征集能夠展現(xiàn)臺(tái)州產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化、生態(tài)和合氣質(zhì)和有機(jī)共榮城市新形象的三江口區(qū)域規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案。

競(jìng)賽立足于臺(tái)州市三江口區(qū)域，面向全球發(fā)出公告。自2024年4月2日正式公告以來(lái)，組委會(huì)官網(wǎng)共收到了來(lái)自中國(guó)、德國(guó)、荷蘭、美國(guó)、澳大利亞、日本、新加坡、法國(guó)、英國(guó)、瑞典等多個(gè)國(guó)家70次以上注冊(cè)報(bào)名。最終提交概念提案及報(bào)名文件的報(bào)名單位共計(jì)32組，其中有效報(bào)名單位數(shù)量為31組，包含聯(lián)合體報(bào)名單位29組，獨(dú)立法人報(bào)名單位2組。

The「HE | SANJIANG FUTURE CITY」 Taizhou Sanjiangkou Region Conceptual Planning and Core Area Urban Design International Competitionwas organized bytheTazhou Natural Resources and PlanningBureau,Jiaojing District People’s Government, Huangyan District People’s Government, and Linhai City People’s Government,oraganizedbySanjiang New Town Development and Construction Co., Ltd, and co-organized by Shanghai One-tenth Art Company,whichaimsto collect planning and design proposals that can demonstrate the new image of Taizhou’s industry, culture, ecology andcoexistence, organicity,andco-prosperity. The competition is established in the Sanjiangkou area, worldwide excellent applicants are qualified to submit the design. From the official announcementon April 2nd, 2024, more than 70 registrations were received on the organizing committee's websitefrom China, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, Australia, Japan, Singapore, France, the United Kingdom, Sweden and other countries.A total of 32 applicant units submitted concept proposals and registration documents, of which 31 applicant units are valid. There are 29 applicant units fromconsortiums and2 from independent legal entities.

競(jìng)賽終審會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)

2024年8月13日，「匯·合｜三江未來(lái)城」臺(tái)州三江口區(qū)域概念規(guī)劃及核心區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽終審會(huì)在臺(tái)州開投溫德姆酒店會(huì)議中心召開，經(jīng)過(guò)評(píng)審組8小時(shí)的仔細(xì)審閱、討論及慎重評(píng)選后，本次競(jìng)賽的結(jié)果終于揭曉。

On August 13th, 2024, thefinal reviewof the 「HE | SANJIANG FUTURE CITY」 Taizhou Sanjiangkou Region Conceptual Planning and Core Area Urban Design International Competition was held at the Conference Center of Taizhou Kaitou Wyndham Hotel.The competition resultswerefinallyawarded after8hours of careful review, discussion, and deliberate selectionby the judging panel.

終審會(huì)當(dāng)天，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與專家評(píng)委于會(huì)議開始前對(duì)場(chǎng)地范圍重點(diǎn)區(qū)域進(jìn)行了實(shí)地勘踏。在終審評(píng)審過(guò)程中，評(píng)委們嚴(yán)格遵守評(píng)審規(guī)則，認(rèn)真審閱了參賽單位所提交的方案，并進(jìn)行了審慎打分，在公證處的全程監(jiān)督下，唱票員、統(tǒng)分員對(duì)評(píng)委的評(píng)分結(jié)果進(jìn)行了如實(shí)記錄和仔細(xì)統(tǒng)計(jì)。

On theday of the final review meeting, the leaders, experts,and judges conducted a site reconnaissance of the key areas of the site scope before the start of the meeting.Duringthe final review, the judgesstrictly adhered tothejudgingrules,and scrutinized the proposal submitted by the participating units, and conducted voting and scoring prudently,under on-site supervision, the tellers and scorers truthfully checked the judges' scoring results.
